Your Membership:

If you pay your membership by Direct Debit, your next payment will go out on Monday 10th May 2021.  This payment will cover the rest of May and the beginning of June. As you lost 16 days of your membership in December and the beginning of January (when we went into the third lockdown) and fitness classes are not available until the 17th of May, we are including 28 days of free membership on your return. We very much hope you will also see this as a loyalty bonus due to the disruption Coronavirus has caused over the last year.

As previously advised, we did not collect your January, February, March & April Direct Debit, as we would not charge you for a facility you could not use.

If you have agreed to freeze your membership for a certain time period, this will be honoured.

All annual and time period memberships will be extended by a further 4 months.

All memberships will be re-activated automatically from the 12th of April unless we hear otherwise from you. You will not need to do anything about your membership.

Any membership queries please call us on 01189 644 600 or email frontdesk@bradfieldcollege.org.uk

Swimming:

I am pleased to say that swimming can continue as it did before we went into the third lockdown. As requested by our members we have moved Family splash bookings online.  Therefore, please now visit our website to book your session:

www.bradfieldsportscomplex.co.uk and select online bookings.

Members can book up to 7 days in advance, only one household is allowed per lane and a maximum of two sessions per week, and all attendees must be members.
If for any reason you cannot attend, you must cancel your booking in advance.

All our new timetables will be online from Thursday 1st April.  Please do regularly check them, as there are multiple changes over the next few weeks to cater for the Easter holidays and then the start of the college summer term.

Gym Use:

Use of the gym has remained the same allowing a maximum of 8 members in the gym at any one time. A gym slot is a maximum of 45 minutes, allowing us additional cleaning time at the end of each session. Please clean all your stations/equipment with the disinfection wipes provided before and after each use.

Like before, gym sessions must be booked by visiting our website:

www.bradfieldsportscomplex.co.uk and select online bookings.
Members can book up to 7 days in advance. Please remember to cancel any sessions in advance if you cannot attend.

Cleaning regime:

The team has worked very hard deep cleaning the whole facility before you return, and we have introduced a very strict cleaning routine for our daily operations. If you have any concerns regarding the health & safety of the site, please feel free to contact me before your return at jwade@bradfieldcollege.org.uk.

Please do not turn up to the sports complex if you or anyone in your household has any symptoms of coronavirus within the last 14 days.

I truly appreciate the patience you have shown.  I fully understand that many of you will be frustrated by the various restrictions we have had to put in place, but like you, we remain hopeful this will not be for much longer.

The team and I look forward to welcoming you all back.

Many thanks and stay safe.

If you are looking to re-join, or become a new member, our reception team will be able to organise the perfect membership tailored to your needs.

Email frontdesk@bradfieldcollege.org.uk for more details.

Thank you all for your continued support during this very difficult time.
