A high-intensity interval training (HITT) workout for 20 minutes incorporating several rounds that alternate between high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.  An abdominal workout is included for maximum results.

Trying it for the first time?  Easy to follow and suitable for all ability levels.

What to wear? Comfortable clothing and trainers.  Bring a water bottle and small towel.
