Holiday Lettings Gym Induction Form

We are pleased to offer temporary Sports Complex Memberships to visiting members of staff with residential groups over the summer holiday. Our gym is air-conditioned and well equipped with industry leading Technogym equipment. The Gecko Fitness team are available to answer questions and can provide a range of personal training programmes at an additional cost if required.

Key points:

• £20 cost for the month of July, to be paid up-front. We accept cash, Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards as payment.
• INCLUDES gym & swimming pool use during member’s opening times (except Gym between 5pm to 7pm weekdays / 9am – 10am weekends)
• EXCLUDES classes (available on a pay-as-you-go basis, usually between £6 and £7 per class)
• Users wishing to use the gym MUST attend an induction to be booked using the form below. There are no exceptions to this as it is a requirement of our insurance
• If you cannot attend one of the free group inductions listed below, additional sessions are available at the cost of £30 per session to be organised and paid for by attendees (max 12 per session)
• Our gym etiquette is important to us as we have a mature & friendly membership base. Please be mindful of language, volume and dress-code when using the gym to respect this demographic.
• Correct  gym-appropriate footwear is required in the gym at all times. Strictly no flip-flops, bare feet or formal shoes allowed.

If you wish to use other facilities (eg. squash or tennis courts) an additional charge is payable and pre-booking is usually necessary. Please ask at the Sports Complex Reception for details.
