Leisure Assistant / Lifeguard
Bradfield College enjoys a well-established reputation for being one of the country’s leading co-educational, independent schools. Our impressive Sports Complex and Indoor Tennis Centre operate as busy dual-use facilities, catering for both the College and external users.

The team of Recreation Assistants form part of the duty shift rota, which covers the entirety of the opening hours of the complex, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
Past experience of working in a leisure or customer service environment would be advantageous, but all relevant training will be provided.
You would need to be an NPLQ qualified Lifeguard or be a strong enough swimmer to be able to pass this qualification prior to your appointment.
